The forms ask for your contact name and email, company, website, market, category and brief. Creator campaign requests also ask for the creator, objective, deliverables, usage rights, timing and budget. Only fields marked as required are necessary; without the required contact details and brief we cannot process a request. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, health information or other sensitive data.
The form asks for specific consent to review and answer this request. This is not consent to newsletters, advertising, public display of your brief or sharing it with brands. You may withdraw this consent at office@mazzeomediagroup.com, quoting your request reference if available. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Any separate contract, statutory obligation or security purpose requires its own documented legal basis.
The adopted retention criterion is to keep an inquiry only while it is being reviewed or followed up, with a monthly human review. After closure, unnecessary details should be deleted; limited records may be retained where needed for a documented legal obligation or claim. Email copies, operational exports and backups must be included in deletion handling. The provider backup information below does not mean that every copy is erased immediately or that a two-week maximum applies. Deletion requires a specific authorised decision and a verified procedure covering restoration from backups; it is not automatic.
We review and answer your inquiry using the specific consent requested by the form. Submission is not a booking, contract, creator approval, payment or marketing subscription. Separate contractual, statutory or security purposes require their own documented basis. Only authorised staff review requests; no automated selection or public application directory is operated.
SuperHosting provides the separate Lifestyle backend, MariaDB and mail service. Its written confirmations of 5 and 8 October 2026 place that processing and system backups in Sofia, Bulgaria. Fourteen system backups comprise thirteen recent daily copies and one older copy, rotated by the provider. Individual data cannot be removed from existing system backups; this is not a fixed fourteen-day maximum. Restricted backups are not used for ordinary work. An isolated restore must apply subsequent deletion decisions before returning data to service.
OpenAI provides the public website, with delivery and security services including Cloudflare. The ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum governs hosted visitor data where applicable, including the transfer safeguards described there. We do not promise that every operation occurs in Bulgaria or the EEA. Visitor requests are submitted directly to the separate SuperHosting inquiry service. We do not send their content to an AI model.
Contact requests are routed to info@mazzeomediagroup.com; brand and creator-hire requests to sales@mazzeomediagroup.com; creator applications to office@mazzeomediagroup.com. Sales is an alias to info. Info and office forward to our Google Gmail inbox. Automated notifications contain only a generic alert and a static sign-in link: no client name, email, brief, budget or request identifier. Inquiry details remain in the protected dashboard. If you email these addresses directly, your message and attachments can also be stored in the receiving and forwarded mailboxes. Please avoid sensitive data.
Write to office@mazzeomediagroup.com to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent, where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may ask for proportionate verification. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Google Analytics 4 loads only after consent. We measure page visits, partner clicks and inquiries confirmed as accepted by the server. We do not send names, emails, briefs, budgets or form content; URL queries and fragments are excluded. Google receives technical device and connection data when loaded. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; processing may include countries outside the EEA under Google’s terms and transfer safeguards. Advertising consent remains denied; we do not use Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or User-ID. Your choice is stored locally in mazzeo-lifestyle-consent-v1 for 180 days. The _ga and _ga_KH6K62KWH9 cookies last up to 180 days without automatic renewal on each visit. To withdraw, use “Cookie settings” in the footer → “Necessary only”; we stop future measurement and clear GA cookies accessible to the site. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already received by Google. The legal basis for optional analytics is consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Reviewing an inquiry uses your specific consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Any necessary steps towards a contract you request or performance of an agreed contract use Article 6(1)(b); legal obligations use Article 6(1)(c). Necessary security and defence of legal claims may use Article 6(1)(f), with the relevant interests and balancing assessment documented. You may object where legitimate interests are relied on.
