The site offers an affiliate brand directory, editorial inspiration, virtual creator profiles and campaign inquiries. It has no shopping cart, retail checkout or instant campaign booking. Browsing does not create a paid service contract.
An affiliate link redirects you through Awin to an external retailer. We may earn commission from a qualifying transaction. Your seller is the business identified by the retailer at checkout. Its product information, prices, availability, delivery and return terms apply, together with mandatory consumer law. Check them before paying. MAZZEO does not collect the retailer’s purchase payment or manage its orders.
Sending an inquiry or creator application does not create a contract, acceptance or payment obligation. Scope, deliverables, usage rights, territories, duration, schedule, total price, applicable taxes and payment/cancellation terms must be provided and accepted in a separate written agreement before paid work. Only persons authorised to represent the relevant business may commission work on its behalf.
Published programme figures describe the proposed model, not guaranteed admission, earnings or campaign work. Creator Elite remains subject to human approval and a separate agreement. Where you contract with MAZZEO as a consumer, applicable pre-contract information and statutory withdrawal rights must be provided. For distance service contracts this generally includes a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion; an early start requires an express request, and any loss of the right requires the applicable legal conditions and acknowledgement. An inquiry or a general terms checkbox does not waive that right. Mandatory rights prevail over inconsistent terms.
Virtual creators and AI editorial images are identified as such. SAMIN footwear, activewear and AI ENERGY are concepts in development, not confirmed manufactured goods, available offers, external clients or endorsements. Brand and third-party rights remain with their holders. Copying imagery, using a creator identity or publishing a campaign requires the appropriate written licence; no rights are granted merely by access.
Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, infringe rights or disrupt the service. Listings and external sites may change. We aim to correct errors when identified, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, retailer stock, sales, reach or investment returns. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We review complaints and respond using the supplied contact details. For an external purchase, contact the seller first. Eligible consumers may approach Bulgaria’s Consumer Protection Commission and its conciliation commissions; participation follows the applicable procedure and is not represented as automatic or mandatory for MAZZEO. Courts and other statutory remedies remain available.
Bulgarian law applies subject to mandatory protections of the consumer’s country where applicable. These terms do not restrict a consumer’s legally available courts or regulator complaints. Updates apply to future site use; existing service contracts are changed only as permitted by their terms and law. The published update date identifies this version.
